The purpose of this Disclaimer is to advise FOTOART2030 Web Site users of the terms of access, browsing and use that shall apply as they navigate the site. This Web Site has been adapted to comply with the Spanish regulation governing the Information Society Service, protection of personal data, electronic communication, confidentiality, and any related regulations.

The FOTOART2030-CM web site is a I+D programm between 2018 technologies investigation groups by the Madrid Community government, it is finance together with the European Social Fund and the European Regional Development Fund, coordinated by the IMDEA Energy Foundation (Ref: S2018 / EMT-4319).

Navigation and use of the FOTOART2030 website developed within the activities of the FOTOART2030-CM program is free, although the institutions participating in the FOTOART2030-CM Consortium are holders or have the corresponding license to use the intellectual property exploitation rights and industrial of the Web Page, as well as the contents available through it, not understanding in any case the access of the users as a waiver, transmission, license or assignment, in whole or in part, of the rights.

All the images which are representative of each of the participing entities are reproduced with the permission of their authors, and their full or partial reproduction by any user or third party is strictly prohibited without first obtaining the necessary consent.

Neither the domain nor the industrial or intellectual property rights held by the participing entities may be used in connection with other content, products or services that are not owned by those when such use may lead to confusion among the final users or discredit the Institute.

These general terms and conditions shall remain valid for as long as they are displayed. Therefore, IMDEA ENERGIA as manager of the FOTOART2030 website advises users to read them carefully each time they access the Web page.

Likewise, we reserve the right to unilaterally modify this Legal Notice at any moment, either totally or in part. Any modification shall become effective as soon as it is published on the Web Page, specifically, upon its insertion in the “Legal Notice” link.

IMDEA ENERGIA may unilaterally opt for interrupting, suspending or terminating the access to the Web Page contents, regardless of the terms of these conditions of use or of the specific conditions regulating the provision of certain services. These situations shall not alter the content usage restrictions indicated throughout this legal notice.
